Certificates go at a flat rate, longer texts by standard line, interpreting by the hour. You get a fixed price and a delivery date before anything starts — in writing.

For appointments with authorities and courts the hourly rate follows the German JVEG scale. At registry offices and notaries I prefer to charge a flat rate — then you know in advance exactly what the appointment costs.

- The quote is free and without obligation — even if you decide against it.
- The fixed price given is the price. It only changes if you change something afterwards.
- Certification note, stamp, signature and attachment to the source document are included.
- Payment on receipt — by bank transfer or in cash when collecting in Erding.
- Questions about the finished translation cost nothing.
Who pays
If the interpreter is commissioned by the court or an authority, I invoice that body directly under the JVEG — then you pay nothing. In proceedings with legal aid or advice aid, tell me beforehand so we can settle the billing before the appointment takes place.
Example figures based on the customary market rates for Arabic ⇄ German — please replace them with your real prices, flat rates and your VAT status.
